Sneha Vasti is a nourishing form of Anuvasana Vasti in which medicated oil is administered through the rectum. It is specifically indicated for Vata disorders causing dryness, stiffness, and degeneration.

Physiological Action (Kriya):
The oil lubricates the colon, nourishes Majja (nervous) and Asthi (bony) tissues, and regulates Apana Vata for proper elimination. It enhances gut-brain communication and nervous stability.
