Dhathri Ayurvedic Medical Centre (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (dhathriayurveda.ae), how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to the website only. Medical records created during your care at the centre are handled separately under the confidentiality requirements of the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi.

Information we collect
- Information you send us: when you use our contact form, you give us your name, phone number, email address and message. Please do not include medical details in the form – we will discuss them with you in person.
- WhatsApp and phone: if you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your number and the messages you send. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
- Website usage data: we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. This uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser and approximate location. We do not use it to identify you.
- Embedded maps: our contact page shows a Google Maps map, which may set cookies from Google.
- Advertising measurement: if you agree to advertising cookies, we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd / Meta Platforms Inc.) to measure how many people who saw our Facebook or Instagram ads went on to contact us, for example by tapping a WhatsApp or call button. It records the page and the type of button tapped, not the content of your messages.
How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and communications (such as our website host, Google, Meta and WhatsApp), or when required by law.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and to manage your appointments, unless a longer period is required by law.
