Dhanyamla Dhara involves the continuous pouring of a warm, fermented liquid prepared from cereals (Dhanya), citrus fruits, and herbs over the body. It is a Ruksha Sweda (dry fomentation) aimed at reducing Kapha and Ama (metabolic toxins).
