Computer Vision Syndrome (Drishtimandya / Eye Strain)
Continuous screen exposure leads to eye strain, fatigue, and blurred vision, known in Ayurveda as Drishtimandya, caused by Vata-Pitta aggravation and Ruksha (drying) of ocular tissues.
Symptoms:
