Hair fall occurs due to Vata–Pitta imbalance, weak nourishment of hair roots (Keshya Moola), and depletion of vital Dhatus.

Causes (Nidana):

  • Excess stress, anxiety, or lack of sleep
  • Pitta aggravating diet – spicy, oily, or fried foods
  • Overuse of chemical products or hot styling tools
  • Hormonal imbalance and nutritional deficiency

Symptoms:

  • Excessive hair shedding
