Cervical Spondylosis (Griva Sandhigata Vata)
Cervical spondylosis is a degenerative disorder of the cervical spine causing neck pain and stiffness.
In Ayurveda, it is termed Griva Sandhigata Vata, due to Vata accumulation in the neck region.
Symptoms:
- Neck pain radiating to shoulders or arms
- Numbness or tingling sensation
- Reduced flexibility and stiffness
Ayurvedic Management:
- Abhyanga: Gentle oil massage with Dhanwantharam Thailam or Mahanarayana Thailam.
