Spinal Stenosis(Asthi-Majjagata Vata / Katigraha)

Spinal stenosis is narrowing of the spinal canal, leading to nerve compression and back pain. In Ayurveda, it is a chronic Vata disorder involving degeneration of bone and marrow tissues.

Symptoms:
