Hair fall occurs due to Vata–Pitta imbalance, weak nourishment of hair roots (Keshya Moola), and depletion of vital Dhatus.
Causes (Nidana):
- Excess stress, anxiety, or lack of sleep
- Pitta aggravating diet – spicy, oily, or fried foods
- Overuse of chemical products or hot styling tools
- Hormonal imbalance and nutritional deficiency
