    • Kanchanar Guggulu, Trikatu Churna, Punarnavadi Kashaya, Arogyavardhini Vati.
  • Diet:
    • Light, warm foods; avoid dairy and refined sugars.
    • Include turmeric, black pepper, and ginger.
